Khaleda's corruption case: The court asked for seven bank accounts
In the Zia Charitable Trust corruption case, the court has summoned seven bank accounts of the Trust and the BNP's bank account and laser book summons.
Khaleda's lawyer Nuruzzaman Tapan said the same case was fixed on July 13 on the next hearing of the case and the Orphanage Trust corruption case.
He said, "The investigating officer of the case told that the details of those bank accounts mentioned in the case and the laser cheat was not seized. There is a problem in the investigation. "
Khaleda's lawyer Abdur Rezzak Khan and Aminul Islam, on Thursday, examined the investigating officer of the Zia Charitable Trust case, Harun Ar Rashid.
The Judge later placed the date of indefectation on July 13.
On the other hand, Zia Orphanage Trust case was adjourned for the defense hearing. But the case has been up for appeal against the order to dismiss the reinstatement of the High Court. Lawyers who are waiting for hearing are advised in time.
The court also granted the application on the next date of July 13.
