The present government is working for the development of trade and commerce of the country: Finance Minister
Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith has said that the present government is working to increase the trade and commerce of the country, economic freedom and social security.
The Sylhet Chamber of Commerce and Industry leaders with the Finance Minister at 2:30 pm on Friday
He said this while speaking as the chief guest during the exchange.
The meeting, chaired by Dr Ahmad tini Sipa Sylhet Chamber president also said that in the interest of local businessmen in Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and pretty different activities. The interest and enthusiasm of Sylhet businessmen and expatriates in establishing a special economic zone has been playing a leading role in implementing it. He said that Labor Court would be set up in Sylhet like Chittagong. He will continue to help the government in organizing trade fair, NRB Week etc. in Sylhet Chamber's initiative.
He also assured the cooperation of the Sylhet Chamber for the construction of a modern building.
President of Sylhet Chamber of Commerce Khandaker Sipar Ahmed said that the present government is very business friendly. Honorable Finance Minister always strives for the advantages and disadvantages of the traders of Sylhet.
He also congratulated the Honorable Finance Minister for preparing a business-friendly budget for the financial year 2017-2018.
