One died in a fire at a shop fire in Chawkbazar

Five days before the fire at a electronic product shop in the capital's Chawkbazar, one of the five burnt in the fire was found dead while Dhaka Medical College died in hospital.

Md. The body of Masum (37), 50 percent of its body burns, said Bern's Unit Resident doctor Perth Shankar Pal.

Dhaka Medical police inspector said. Bacchu Mia said that Masum died while undergoing treatment at Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on Friday morning.

There are four other admissions in the fire, including the store owner.

Shop owners Mamunur Rashid, 40, Shamim Hossain, 34, Zakir Hossain, 24, and Khurdider Abul Kashem, 65, were present in the shop.

Masum shop owner Mamun was a friend of Chokbazar businessman killed.

Burnt resident physician Partha Shankar Pal said that 18 percent of Mamun's body, 28 percent of Shamim, 25 percent of Zakir Hossain and 16 percent of Kashem were burnt.

On Sunday, at around 12:15 pm, on the opposite side of the Royal Hotel in Lalbagh, a fire broke out in a shop named Taba Electronik.

Chakbazar Police Station Officer-in-Charge Mamunur Rashid Talukdar said that firefighters, television, and other items kept in the fire were burnt and five people including the store owner-employee were burnt.

Fire Service officials brought the fire to the spot and brought the fire under control.

Fire service workers told the primary idea that the fire was triggered by the explosion of an electrical material.
